Over the years the Tulsa Oklahoma Community has placed greater emphasis on the importance of pedestrian safety, particularly for children. Great beginnings in unfamiliar places often involve safety! In Tulsa, Oklahoma, many agencies and organizations are working around-the-clock to create safe places for children to play and walk.

One of the most prominent organizations working on pedestrian safety in Tulsa is the Tulsa City County Health Department.
