In a recent KRMG 102.3 radio broadcast, Mayor Bynum accused Tulsa Oklahoma City Councilman Grant Miller of promoting himself and using his position to exact revenge on people he thinks have done him wrong, stating that this behavior is not worthy of the Tulsa City Council.
