Zion Lateef Williamson (born July 6, 2000) is an American professional basketball player for the New Orleans Pelicans of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He plays the power forward position. Following a freshman-year stint with the Duke Blue Devils, Williamson was selected by the Pelicans with the first overall pick in the 2019 NBA draft. He was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team in 2020. In 2021, he became the fourth youngest NBA player to be selected to an All-Star game.
The Moriah Mills saga with New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson seemingly gets worse everyday. The latest turn of events was Mills getting a tattoo of Williamson’s name on her face, with some accusing her of “clout chasing.”
Yamile Taylor, a digital creator and model, joins the fray, alleging intimate relations with the NBA star. Yamile Taylor accusing Williamson of carrying out affairs knowing he was about to have a baby. In a bold Instagram story, she hinted at the basketball player sleeping unconcerned with these affairs. The image, though showing a man’s back, revealed a “Mount Zion” tattoo—potentially indicating Williamson.

Zion Williamson must be feeling the pressure. Pelicans star’s girlfriend, Ahkeema, announced they are expecting a baby girl — posting a gender reveal video on social media this week that featured the couple celebrating with loved ones.

Supposedly, Zions sneaky link— adult film star Moriah Mills claimed in a Twitter rant that she had sexual relations with Williamson as recently as last week. Additionally, Moriah Mills alleged that she could (possibly) be with a child as well.

Stephen A. Smith even addressed the matter on his FanDuel program. “I’m kind of pissed off, because all I can think about is, ‘Man, you only played in 29 games last year! And you missed the season before that!’ And I’ve been wondering what is taking you so long to get healthy. Well now I know!” he exclaimed.
This type of drama is exactly what the Miami Heat dismiss in their organization. On a June 15 segment of ESPN’s “This Just In,” Nick Friedell suggested Williamson going to Miami would give him structure and motivation to stay healthy.
“That’s exactly where he needs to go,” Friedell said. “Heat culture, are you kidding me? He’d be in the best shape of his life. That’s exactly where he needs to be. Get in shape? Be with Jimmy [Butler]? In a place with structure? [Pat] Riley will make him want it.”
But at this point, it looks like his situation is unsalvageable. Mills constantly tweeted about Williamson’s off-court endeavors, even threatening to post an explicit video if the Pelicans don’t trade him.
A deal is unlikely anyway with the Heat’s lack of assets that would justify a Williamson trade. The Heat would have to trade a frontcourt player or consistent scorer, both of which they lack in. This Mills situation all but shuts down the slight chance of a trade happening. Hopefully, the Heat keep their eyes open to ordeals around the league to possibly add another solid piece, even if it isn’t a superstar. They were three games away from winning the Finals but need another solid piece if they want to win.

Lolly drew a lot of attention for the Heat gown she wore while sitting courtside for the Game 1 victory against the Philadelphia 76ers in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
“I made it two years ago, before the pandemic,” Lolly said. “I bought 14 XXL jerseys with various players’ names and Voila!, the gown came alive. I wanted to wear it then, but we all know what happened.”
