According to Google …”The starting point for a career in road construction is to pass GGSE in subjects like math, technology and design. These are some of the critical skills needed in road construction work and many companies require them even for apprentices.
The core job skills and abilities are not taught in class, but on the job. “Also, according to Workforce Development Agencies, “There are four levels of certification for road construction jobs.
Level 1 is the Certificate for Basic Construction Skills.
Level 2 is the Certificate in Building Crafts.
Level 3 is the Diploma in Work Preparation for Building and Construction.
Level 4 is the Diploma in Construction Operations.
I don’t know how many private road construction crews have legitimate state agency approved workers, but my guess is that there’s a responsible reporting agency that is in charge of keeping track of that type of enforcement.
In all sectors of society there are responsible mature adult people responsible for helping our communities develop.
Behind the scenes of any media, sports or entertainment venue there are people who are responsible for protection. As listeners we may see only the spotlight actors. However, there’s a cast of thousands of production support staff that are also held accountable for decisions they make on-work and off-work.
So the next time you open your mouth and try to make somebody feel stupid “for being motivated” just think about the parts you left out of the truth.
